2. How does CommandCenterHD work?
In a nutshell...users create, upload, and schedule digital signage campaigns based on their desired message using the CommandCenterHD platform within their web browser. Once the campaign has been scheduled and saved, the CommandCenterHD server talks to the assigned Digital Media Player(s) and tells the device(s) what media needs to be displayed, when it needs to be displayed and for how long.
3. How many digital signs can CommandCenterHD support?
CCHD is capable of running anywhere from one sign to 10,000 plus. We have options to accommodate single sign deployments as well as large-scale enterprise installations. Users can also designate groups of DMPs within CommandCenterHD to accept campaigns based on specific marketing requirements, criteria or location.
4. Does CommandCenterHD work on PC or Mac?
CommandCenterHD works on both platforms, as well as Linux. CCHD is a web browser-based program, so no downloads are required.
5. What web browser do I need to use to power CommandCenterHD?
CommandCenterHD is optimized for the Mozilla browser (Firefox 3.0 and newer).
6. What types of media formats does CommandCenterHD support?
Currently, you can upload images, video, flash and images with remote URLs (such as tunnel cams).
7. How are CommandCenterHD platform updates handled and is there a fee?
Updates are distributed from our server directly to your new account as new features become available. All updates are provided at no charge to the customer.
8. Who handles support for CommandCenterHD?
Support is offered through a few mediums to help satisfy your questions as quickly as possible. Within CommandCenterHD we have provided a robust Support Center including FAQs and video tutorials that should satisfy most inquiries. If you cannot find an answer to your question, you can always submit a support ticket from your CommandCenterHD Dashboard and a knowledgeable customer service rep will get in touch with you quickly.
9. Do you offer training?
Yes. Every new customer to CommandCenterHD receives a free training session and overview of the entire platform. Ongoing monthly webinars are provided to continue your education of the system, review new features, as well as tips and tricks. These ongoing sessions are provided at no cost and are open to all CommandCenterHD customers and partners.
10. How much does CommandCenterHD cost?

There are no monthly fees. Our platform pricing is based on a 1 year and 3 year license model, which our Resellers will be more than happy to review with you.

No. You simply need to purchase the necessary digital signage network hardware (routers, media players, etc), display device (high definition television) and a license to CommandCenterHD to get up and running.
