David has over 17 years of executive management responsibility. While serving industries from international e-commerce to heavy industrial manufacturing and fabrication, Dave has demonstrated strengths around successfully raising capital, developing distribution channels, implementing vision, strategic planning, process integration and change.

Dave served as the SVP of Operations and Customer Support for Comerxia, an international e-commerce enabler and Vice President of Operations for ShopNBC's private labeled e-commerce solutions division. David has also served as President of Keystone Rolls, Inc., a heavy industrial manufacturer, which he eventually sold to a publicly held company.

Earlier in his career, David served as the Executive Vice President of Forney Incorporated, an international fabricator and distributor, and President/Founder of R Carrier, Inc. Dave has extensive experience in fully automated product fulfillment processes, 24/7 customer contact centers, customized manufacturing, and multi-plant management. His expertise in industrial engineering, international e-commerce, business development and financial management has brought him success in several turnaround situations, initial plant start-ups, product line expansions, diversifications, and spin-offs.
