  • Position: Php/Web Developer
  • Reports To: Project Lead
  • Status: Exempt

  • Position Overview:
  • Industry Weapon is currently recruiting for a professional experienced in PHP, MySQL and XML. Candidate will be working within a PHP environment to develop middleware between third-party data feeds and our rapid deployment environment. Experience working directly with customers is critical for this position. Skill sets should also include Javascript, CSS, AJAX, DOM, and Object-oriented programming.

  • Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • 1. Focus on helping to deliver middleware that fulfills customer needs.
  • 2. Analyzes and performs pre and post stages of middleware creation and testing on product(s) including establishing connections required, constructing conversion routines utilizing IWXML and support materials.
  • 3. Functions as liaison between operations staff, end-customer and technology.
  • 4. Position will require direct client and partner interaction.
  • 5. Performs other duties as assigned by manager including web UI and application development.

  • Education:
  • Bachelors Degree in related field.

  • Experience:
  • While not required, other desirable skill sets include Photoshop and cross-browser development.

  • Required Skills:
  • Extraordinary problem solving ability, but know when to ask for assistance or advice. Strong attention to detail. Well-developed analytical and problem solving abilities with the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet required deadlines. Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well and communicate with management and deployment team at all levels in the organization.

  • Position: Technical Support Engineer
  • Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
  • Status: Exempt

  • Position Overview:
  • Candidate is responsible for technical pre and post sales support with a focus on helping clients and resellers understand how CommandCenterHD works within their network and firewall protocols. This candidate will also assist the sales group with middleware development projects and will act as the liaison between operations, sales and technology to qualify and communicate development requirements.

  • Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • 1. Communicating details regarding database integration, APIs and middleware development
  • 2. Networking knowledge
  • 3. Interface with customer and reseller IT staff.
  • 4. Support relay appliance and Digital Media Player installations.
  • 5. Producing support materials and training protocols for internal sales team.
  • 6. Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations

  • Education:
  • Bachelors Degree or business experience in related field.

  • Experience:
  • Three to five years of technical sales support. Candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in software sales support and possess a strong knowledge of multiple technologies. This position requires the candidate to be comfortable working in a dynamic team atmosphere with a rapidly expanding customer base.

  • Required Skills:
  • Well-developed analytical and problem solving skill set with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Comfortable with direct client and partner interactions. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails and company reporting. Capable of eliminating sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Light travel will be required.
