OPEN POSITION DESCRIPTIONS


Industry Weapon is currently recruiting for a professional experienced in Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP. In this role, the software engineer will design and implement software for Linux base machines. The candidate will be well organized, capable of moving forward on multiple projects at the same time and possess excellent verbal and written skills.

Essential functions:
  • Work closely to coordinate all phases of development lifecycle
  • Must be willing and able to check on our production environment, deploy a release, or assist in problem diagnosis and correction as needed
  • Improve development process and add automation to create high quality, reliable system builds
Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated capability in solving technical problems, troubleshooting & debugging
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Track record of on-time delivery of high quality software products
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • A solid understanding of the LAMP stack
  • Experience working with virtual machines, VMWare preferred
Education / Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field

The ideal Inside Account Executive at Industry Weapon is someone who is passionate, talented, and energetic. We are looking for someone with more energy than they know what to do with! Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is willing to learn. An Inside Account Executive should come in with the determination to conquer the world, but have the ability to learn and adapt to already established processes and techniques that have been refined by the existing sales team. The candidate must be able to establish outstanding client and partner relationships on a day to day basis to not only drive business but to also be the most forward facing piece of new customer and new partner relations. Candidate must have an intuitive understanding of social situations and aggressively work towards presenting our company in a positive light.

Essential functions:
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with customers and partners
  • Participate in conference calls, online/video presentations and any other interaction based meetings required to drive business
  • Log details and follow up activities from customer and partner conversations
  • Maintain and report on active opportunity pipelines
  • Create presentations as required for sales opportunities
  • Generate reports as specified by management
Required Skills:
  • Highly motivated with a strong attention to detail
  • Must be highly organized
  • Possess exceptional presentation skills
  • Must be confident working in a merit equals reward environment

As a Sales Coordinator at Industry Weapon, you will be working with the New Business Sales Team and closely with the Director of Sales to close deals of a wide variety of sizes ranging from small to medium business up to fortune 500 companies.

The ideal Sales Coordinator is someone who is organized, energetic, talented and passionate. We are looking for someone who has that detailed-oriented personality. Most importantly we are looking for someone who is interested in, and looking to support the sales team. A Sales Coordinator should have the ability to learn and adapt to already established processes while also showing flexibility for day to day activities.

The candidate must be highly detail oriented and have the ability to organize sales information. The candidate must be comfortable in a fast paced environment and work well with internal staff, customers and partners. Candidate must have an intuitive understanding of social situations and aggressively work towards presenting our company in a positive light.
